A road traffic collision involving two vehicles is causing traffic congestion in Derry.

The collision occurred on near the Waterside end of the Foyle Bridge on Thursday morning.

There are tailbacks of traffic as a result.

Police in Derry are advising motorists to avoid the area, if possible.
